Downloaded, but Kochab's queue is empty

The queue and the library refresh on different schedules - an empty queue is correct the moment a download finishes, and the library catches up separately.

An empty queue right after a download finishes is not a bug. The queue tracks transfers in progress; the Library grid reads a separate cache that refreshes on its own schedule.

Why the queue empties first

Kochab’s Downloads queue polls every 10 seconds while it is on screen. The moment Sonarr or Radarr finishes importing a file, that item drops out of their own queue too, so Kochab correctly shows nothing there within seconds.

Why the library can lag behind

The “downloaded” status you see on a movie or episode comes from Kochab’s own library cache, not a live read on every screen. Kochab treats that cache as stale after about 6 hours and re-syncs the next time you open the app - not on a timer while it is closed - and whenever you pull to refresh. It is not tied to the same 10-second poll as the queue, so a title can finish downloading and still show as missing in Library for a while after the queue has already gone quiet.

Force it to catch up

Pull down to refresh on the Library tab, or on Home. Both trigger an immediate resync against your configured Sonarr/Radarr/Lidarr instead of waiting for the next stale-cache resync, and the title’s status updates as soon as that finishes.

If a pull-to-refresh does not change anything, confirm the item has a file in Sonarr or Radarr’s own web UI first - Kochab can only reflect what those services report, and a grab that later failed import (a bad file, a naming mismatch) never gets a file to report.

If it still will not update

Send diagnostics from More > Settings > About & Diagnostics - the redacted record carries the cause of the last sync failure.
